Carbored stuck in btw my teeth?

i was chewing on carbored like thin carbored and got some stuck iin betwine my teeth i brushed my teeth picked at it it never came out so i tried floss and it just jamed it into my jaw and bled for a little and it still wont come out what should i do?!?!?!? help please its anoying and second off i just dunno if its really good to have it jamed into my jaw v.v.
