HELP! I'm really scared. Cop caught me in car naked with my boyfriend? ?

Ok so we live iin Ohio and are both 17. I didn't have a shirt on and my boyfriend basically didn't have anything on. We were actually getting ready to leave when he caught us. We didn't have sex and we weren't past curfew. We were basically just sitting there finding cloths at that point. He asked for our names and birthdays and proly took down my license plate then told us to find somewhere else to go and left. Will he call our parents or could he send us a ticket in the mail? Please I need help.
