I need to make 20 dollars ASAP!!!?

I need to buy something really important but the only way i can afford it if i have $20. My parents don't pay me enough for chores and my babysitting jobs come every once iin a blue moon. HELP! i cannot do lawn work either because everyone in my neighborhood gets it serviced! i want to do something unique and fun!
