Please help me!! ? should he move in?

Ok so me and my bf are both n a part iin our lives were financially it would be much easier for him to move in but he doesnt want to move in without being married we could just have a courthouse wedding or whatever but we really want our friends and family there and we cant afford that kind of a wedding right now orf we could just have a ct house wedding and not tell anyone until the real wedding but we would still need two witnesses...idk???? its a tough one
