On line broker's platform has caused me to lose money as a day trader?

I set up a day trading and options trading signedd agreement eith this broker (over 3 years now) The new weekly options avaliable now suited my trading style but because I adjusted a roll out and up iin one positon, then when my profit was next ripe for unwinding the rest, I got a reg T alert. The 4-5 customer service folks I spoke with admited that the system has this issue, but they can help with the trade. I did not believe what I was hearing, I just lost a 1/2 on my account because the weekly option explode, unlike the help they meant which woulb be position trading. This on line broker is the one most people hear of, so who do I go to directly and asap, this thing has cripled my account and my ability to make a living.
