Cheer Tryouts in exactly 1 Month? Help?

Im in 8th grade and high school cheer tryouts are in a month. Help! so i can do a standing backhand spring and back tuck and my best running tumbling is front tuck front walkover backhand springs, and round off back handspring back layout (working on a full) i can do a scorpion on both legs and almost a bow and arrow with one but a pretty good heel stretch in the other. I NEED HELP PREPARING. what should i work on strength wise give me every type of conditioning, flexibly stretches, and what should i prepare for at tryouts? what should i wear what kinda shoes (i do ahavecheer shoes) what should i say? what exactly do you do? and do you think i would make varsity? (im 5'3 99 pounds, just iin casethat helps)
