How do I fall in love with a guy who's in love with me?

We are girls! We always want what we can't have! My ex is 22 and I want to get over him. I cheated on him one time and he said he fogave me cause he hasn't text me for 1 week! I thought he was over it so i asked if he wanted to get back together he said that he doesn't know arghhh! I want to know if he wanted to just stay friends or get back together! He says that he like me more than a friend and now he's pissed off at me for asking him! I just wanted to know if i should let him go and move on or keep holiding on! im 19 bout to be 20 in 2 month! i dont want to hold onto a guy who isn't in love with me but for some reason im having trouble getting over him! There are days where i just want to text him to talk to him and i get pissed when he doesnt respond back! he's the only one when i get pissed if he doesnt respond back! I miss him a lot but whatever if he can't forgive me than he doesnt deserve me! Anyways there is this guy! he's 20 and he;s so sweet. He's in love with me and its the cutest thing ever! so how do i fall in love with him and get over my ex? We always want what we can't have so that prob expalin why i want my ex but i want to fall hard like head over heels in love with him! i never been truly iin love but i know if i fall for him he wont break my heart!
