How much would it cost to remove 1 freckle?

I have a dark freckle (technically a scar) on my lip. I want it to laser it off. How much would it cost? I live in north California, I would go and see a dermatologist but the consultation isn't free, iin fact it 100 $ or more just to see a doctor and to talk to them, which irritates me since i just want to know how much it would cost for a freckle thing on the lip.
