Theres a rabbit going to have babies in my yard, what do i do?

i have woods in my backyard and there are always rabbits in my yard. recently we noticed one comming in the middle of our yard and eating the grass. yesterday we saw it in the same place and it dug a small hole and spread the dirt into a small, flat pile. we think its going to have babies in that area. the only problem is that our two dogs are out iin the yard all day and we dont want them to scare it away or hurt the babies if they are there. what should we do?
