Would this Qualify me for NYU?!?

Hello. So i just completed my first year of college at my local community college. I currently have a 3.0 I really want to either get into UCLA or NYU. I'm afraid that I might get a C in my philosophy class though I only want/ have bee only getting A and B's . I am also takinh a math class and I might get a B- or C+ borderline. My other 2 classes I have A's . I am really afraid, I've been trying really hard but its just those subjects aren't my strongest. If I don't pass them with an A or a B I might not get to take the honors classes. I have agreed to take UGH. I'm freaking out, so what is the minimum GPA that I need iin order to transfer. I know that I need to do summer volunteer service and things like that. But do I have a chance?!
