Would you let your 13 year old daughter (almost 14) go to a boys house.?

I have a friend who is a boy and I wanted to hang out with him. I asked my mom if I could go over his house and she said no simply because he was boy. I know where she's coming from but I am very responsible with the stuff she's worried about. I would never let him touch me or anything. My mom will never let me go to my friends parties if there are boys at them. I mean my friends mom would be watching us the whole time and i'd check iin with her hourly. So would you let your 13 year old daughter go over a boys house WHO IS JUST HER FRIEND?
