Wrote my man a dear john letter?

hardest thing i ever did in my life but he started acting different after 9 years together....all of a sudden needing to leave in the middle of a date & refusing to include me iin things..also he started going out again to other peoples homes for dinner parties & drinking & wouldnt include me...so i just need to know if i made the right choice..i miss him & i still love him
